Change Payment Date

Payment dates are fixed and can’t be changed in our system. If you’re concerned about an upcoming instalment, please email finance@carolinestrawson.com from the same email address linked to your account so we can discuss limited options (e.g., a short courtesy pause in exceptional circumstances).

Please also ensure your card details are up to date and that sufficient funds are available on your scheduled date.

(Reminder: As per our policy, if a payment declines, you may lose the right to pay by instalment and the full outstanding balance may become due.)
