REGULATE is a 10-week trauma informed programme teaching you how to understand your trauma and how it affects your nervous system so you can REGULATE to be more present, connected and joyful

Our nervous system is at the heart of our lived experiences and our body literally tells the story of our life. Our nervous system is always scanning for cues of safety and danger but this is based on our past experiences and how we have interpreted and perceived them.

As a child, we perceive events, parent and care givers behaviour in a certain way, even if we
know this not to be true as an adult BUT it is often too late as trauma is already wired in to our nervous system by then. This then becomes our “version of danger”

REGULATE supports you to KNOW and FEEL safe in the present in a step by step way to give you tools for life. Cognitively, we know no child is unlovable, worthless, not good enough or not important BUT our nervous system remains stuck feeling this to be true and this then drives adult behaviour.
