You can message in writing at any time and I will respond by voice note during business hours Monday to Friday. I aim to respond within 24 hours, often sooner. This allows real-time support so you can shift out of freeze, anxiety or activation more quickly and continue building capacity in daily life.

Myself and my team will respond during business hours, often with short Loom videos, so you are supported both personally and professionally as you grow.
