- Product Orders and Production
- Caroline Strawson Global Enterprises Ltd offers products through a print-on-demand service provided by Printify. This means each item is uniquely produced immediately after an order is placed. Consequently, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color choice, or change of mind by the customer.
- Returns and Exchange Policy
- While returns for change of mind are not supported, we will provide a free reprint or a refund in cases of damaged products or manufacturing errors. If such an issue occurs, please contact us within 20 days of product delivery by emailing us. You must provide a clear photo or video evidence of the issue for verification.
- Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. In cases where the billing currency is not in United States Dollars (USD), the refund will be issued directly to the original payment source.
- Product Quality and Tolerance
- Please note that for Direct to Garment (DTG) products, a tolerance of 0.5 inches in print placement is considered acceptable. Minor variations in print placement or slight color discrepancies will not be regarded as defects.
- Unsuccessful Deliveries
- In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, customers may opt for a reprint of the product at an additional charge or choose a partial refund, depending on the specific circumstances of the delivery issue.
- Liability
- Caroline Strawson Global Enterprises Ltd will not be held responsible for errors in the order placed by the customer, such as choosing the wrong size or color. It is the customer's responsibility to review their order before submission.
- Issue Resolution
- For orders involving multiple products with the same design error, please provide additional photographic or video evidence showing all affected items in one frame to help verify the claim and facilitate resolution.
