I've been right where you are now. I've lived it. I've had very dark days where I felt judged, alone and isolated. I've suffered from complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and self harm. I had debt of over $85,000 and even had my home repossessed. So I know what it is like to feel like the best years of your life have gone. Or to feel stuck, alone and isolated and not know how to move forward.

But I also know how to thrive after narcissistic abuse and find meaning in the trauma so you can go on to experience post-traumatic growth and live a life you deserve to live, free from the guilt, shame and pain of narcissistic abuse.

I found my way to heal so I could be seen, heard and valued as my true self. And now it's my mission to stop any woman feeling the way I did for as long as I did. I use my light to shine a pathway for others who now also feel that darkness in their life so they can awaken their potential to live a life of joy, love and connection.

I'm here to do things differently, by blending neuro-science with trauma-informed techniques and somatic practice. I work with your nervous system so you can start to experience a felt sense of safety rather than feeling like you are living on eggshells all the time.
